Who We Are
The American Association of Radiologists of Indian Origin (AARI), with over 3,000 members, is a thriving, growing organization dedicated to the issues important to Indian radiologists in America, to the betterment of radiology in our homeland and to the improvement of radiological medicine, research and service in America.
The AARI Mission
  • To provide support and information helpful to the needs of American radiologists of Indian origin and to function as a venue for charitable, educational and cultural activities that allow members to share common ideas and discuss mutual concerns.
  • Address the problems faced by Indian radiologists through representation in organized medicine
  • Work with AAPI and keep watch on regional legislative action and to take action when needed.
  • Provide educational programs that enhance the training of radiologists residing in India; develop a network of radiologists of Indian origin to help young Indian radiologists with mini externships, residency/fellowships and job positions.
  • Provide research opportunities.
